8 millions players with 10k per server gives 800 servers all in all

800 servers needs admins which grossly gives 2 full time jobs per server so thats 1600 employees

include technical staff for maintenance about 400 (a wild guess but should be well over the mark)

so 2000 employees at a full time salary of: $5000

thats $10.000.000 in cost to run WoW one month
now assuming im way off we put another 10mill on it
so $20.000.000 in cost a month

there are 8mill accounts at $11 a month thats 88.000.000

so:

Cost: $20.000.000
Income: $88.000.000
ill just leave that standing.....

and now id like to know: WITH ALL THIS MONEY WHY DO THEY NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE?????

id just like to see em do something they promised instead of using all dev resources on making the game more mainstream bite sized carebear like

the game is named World of WARcraft but instead of giving pvp some meaning they put it in small giftboxes that comes with every crappymeal.

they even succeeded in making pvp a grind... by not having any goal for pvp other than honor farming.

overall id say they are Diablo'ifinizing WoW...

every 40+ instance pre TBC - made easier
honor - made grindable
Leveling - made easier
all differences btween A/H (cept racials) - removed
World PvP - n/a
various epic class quests - made easier
prices on mounts - lowered (i think(im stoned)
reasons to fuck ppl up - 1 (joy)

in other news: i dunno if u heard bout the Muhammed crisis we kinda started here in denmark.....
well now what id personally would call denmark most provocative man is gonna do a "satirical" movie on the subject......
on that note id like to mention that im on the market for a flac jacked and a tank
