For the average player; 50 000 Gold is quite a sum. But for a collective effort, this is attained more easily. In the form of a lottery(Draw of some kinds) participation would be higher, and the burden of the price divided amongst many. One form could be a simple /random 1-Howmanypeopleyouhave, Or a set amount and have people buy numbers as tickets(As in people could buy-in more then once). Players would mention their interest in opting in, and at the end of a few days they would be counted and the price for tickets divided amongst them.

Was just an idea I've had during trade Chat complaints about prices, and how it could increase participation/sales of Drakes for you guys.

Of course, I'd like you guy's input and perhaps how to make it better ect.

If someone really wants it, 50,000 is not a lot. Do you realize why the price is that high? You are paying for 20 other people's time and skill. It's not like the 50k goes into the gbank, it gets split up.

Yes. And the people that can currently afford it do so. But I was suggesting this to reach other types of customers. Say that; 100 People would pitch in 500 Gold(50 000) to have a chance to get chosen, you guys would still make the same money, but in a way reach to a broader amount of players.

T'was just a suggestion, I myself have no desire for a Drake. I'd just like the economy to switch around.

Gambling is a bannable offense, and raffles are a form of gambling!

Even if a raffle wasn't bannable, what you are suggesting wouldn't work since the ulduar drakes are based off achievements, not a drop. and we bring 5 people max to get carried, not 10.
